Barbara Rowe speaks on how vulnerability and disruption can lead to an energized future.

Fifteen years ago, Barbara Rowe received an eviction notice from her studio’s landlord. This was the heart of her art and business work. That event catalyzed a change in every part of her life- instead of retreating into the comfortable zone of the known, she intentionally disrupted her home, art, business, community, and relationships. As we all live now in an age of disruption, learn how she has used disruptions and uncertainty as ways to open her life to new energy, collaborations, and learning.
